All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due as per the payment schedule provided. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. We will endeavor to accommodate changes, subject to availability and any applicable charges.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up to date.
We strongly recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
We act as an agent for the cruise lines and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from acts or omissions of these providers.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
